Your new company Our client is the North American arm of an international real estate development firm with a strong track record of high-quality, design-led mixed-use projects. As our development portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a Development Coordinator to support current and future urban projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure across the full development lifecycle, from early design through to project delivery.
The Development Coordinator will support multiple projects by assisting with design coordination, consultant management, scheduling, documentation, approvals, and reporting. The role involves helping translate architectural vision into executable development outcomes while keeping projects organized, progressing, and aligned with quality standards.
Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of relevant experience in development, architecture, planning, or construction coordination, along with strong organizational skills, clear communication, and an interest in well-designed, mixed-use projects.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary of $60-70K and extended benefits.
