Dental reception / receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries and maintaining patient records. A background in dental or medical office settings is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties:

Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk reception. Schedule and confirm appointments using Tracker software. Handle incoming calls, addressing patient inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure all patient information is up to date. Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office. Maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Multitasking required. Reliable, organized and a genuine team player required.
