Bayshore Home Health – Complex Care Branch is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Caregiver to join our esteemed team, providing home care services to clients in Maple, ON . The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events

• Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives
• Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard
• Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency
• promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or Office

Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.

• Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving as well as well as customer service.
• Able to communicate in spoken and written English; French proficiency will be deemed an asset
• Provide high-quality care services to clients with current knowledge of practices for community care
• driver's license and automobile considered as an asset
