QA/QC Superintendent
$145k - $175k per yearMichael Page
Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple residential and mixed-use developments
Supervise trade contractors and site personnel, ensuring safety and productivity
Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and internal quality standards
Coordinate inspections with consultants, municipalities, and authorities having jurisdiction
Manage site documentation: progress reports, deficiency logs, QA/QC checklists
Resolve site conflicts and maintain project momentum
Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor schedules, budgets, and scope
Foster strong relationships with suppliers, trades, and internal teams
Support project close-out, occupancy, and handover processes

A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale developments from excavation to occupancy
- Diploma or degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in construction software and MS Office
- Ability to travel freely between Kitchener-Waterloo and London
