Perform the complete assembly of commercial pumps according to technical specifications and drawings.
- Validate that all parts delivered to the assembly station are accurate, complete, and free of defects.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to secure components and ensure mechanical integrity.
- Update the internal ERP system and production boards in real-time to maintain accurate inventory and scheduling.
- Assist in the mounting, wiring, and basic programming of self-sensing pump units when required.
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or quality issues in the assembly process to the supervisor.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using manual and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or assembly instructions.
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Assembler or in a similar production role within manufacturing & logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Flexibility to assist with wiring or programming tasks as production needs evolve.
