~ TotalEnergies Marketing Canada est une filiale âgée de 18 ans produisant et distribuant des produits lubrifiants a la marque TotalEnergies a l'échelle du pays. Le portefeuille client est principalement constitue des groupements d'achat, OEMs, ventes directes et distributeurs.
Activities
Sous la responsabilité du Chef des ventes Industrie, cette personne sera en charge du secteur géographique Ouest du Québec, allant de Trois-Rivières à Sept-Îles, où elle exercera ses activités conformément aux objectifs définis avec sa hiérarchie. L e titulaire du poste doit être basé dans son territoire ou à proximité.
Voici les principales tâches :
Respecter les règles de sécurité et d'éthique définies par l'entreprise
Développer et coordonner la vente des lubrifiants au sein du segment Industriel ( sidérurgie, chimie, énergie, construction automobile, équipementiers, agro-alimentaire...)
Développer et prospecte les distributeurs
Appliquer la politique commerciale et marketing définie par la compagnie
Animer les actions de marketing, de suivi des ventes et de formation sur l'ensemble des acteurs industriels
Assurer la promotion des services industriels tel que les analyses d'huiles, audit et formations
Assurer une démarche de prospection ciblée
Assurer la traçabilité de la relation commerciale dans le CRM (Contacts, Comptes rendus de visites, opportunités, ...)
Assurer le recouvrement et intervient auprès des clients pour accélérer les règlements et résoudre les litiges
Fidélisrer ses clients avec des visites régulières et des services adaptés
Informer la Direction Commerciale de l'évolution du marché, contribue à la veille concurrentielle
Participer également aux réunions, manifestations et évènements organisés par les partenaires
Fonctionner en binôme avec son Chargé de Clientèle au Service Clients pour assurer la satisfaction client
Candidate Profile
Permis de travail valide au Canada
Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans l'industrie à un poste de vente
Organisation et Autonomie
Sens commercial, de la négociation
Dynamisme, aisance relationnelle
Esprit d'équipe et d'entreprise
Esprit d'analyse
Maitrise de la bureautique essentielle (Outlook, Excel, PP)
Connaissance/maîtrise d'un CRM un atout certain
