Fire Safety Technician

PFP Canada We are fire protection emergency services. Our goal is to provide prompt service to ensure our customers' safety.
Position: Fire Suppression Technician
A Suppression Technician inspects, tests, maintains, and repairs Fire Suppression equipment. Travel is required between work sites. A Suppression Technician must be competent in the requirements of NFPA 10, NFPA 17A, Provincial and Federal Fire Codes. Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Company car; Extended health care
Hours: Monday to Friday – Evening
Inspect Kitchen, Paint Booths and Vehicle Suppression systems.
- Drive between sites.
- Submit daily Hazard Assessment forms, Weekly Vehicle Inspection forms and attended all safety/toolbox
- Complete all internal training as assigned.
- Read and understand the Safety Process Manual and participate in the program.
- Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces, Visible minorities, Indigenous people, and Newcomers to Canada are welcome to apply.
