Ensuring all inbound phone calls directed to the Reservations line are answered in a prompt and professional manner and that all standards are met.
Providing our guests with a personalized experience by helping the guests select the best room and rate option to suit their vacation needs.
Act as an ambassador for our guests, the hotel and community.
General office work, i.e. photocopying, filing, faxing, etc.
Proficiency in hotel reservations systems (Opera) and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of hotel and local area an asset
You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
