Dishwasher (shift work)

Dishwasher We are currently looking for a Dishwasher to join the team and set the stage for the food & beverage operations.

Wash all main kitchen and banquet kitchen dishes, glassware, and cutlery to ensure sufficient supplies are available at all times;
Clean the dishwashing machines, and jet components, including closing jet flaps;
Wash pots and pans, including kitchen utensils. Wash display mirrors in the main kitchen and banquet kitchen;
Sweep and mop the main kitchen floor, ensuring no debris is left under prep/cook areas or stoves;
Empty all garbage containers in the main kitchen and banquet kitchen into garbage dumpsters/recycling containers;
Once compacted, tie broken boxes with wire;
Any other duties as instructed by the Executive Chef or Manager on Duty, including food preparation.
Constant standing and walking throughout shift;
