Develop, maintain strong working relationships, and collaborate with health care professionals in the community to ensure the continuity of care
You have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc.or a Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.You have injection certification and current licensure and good standing with relevant provincial College of Pharmacists.
- Your retail or community pharmacy experience is an asset.
