The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Breakfast Cook to join our stadium food service team at Princess Auto Stadium . In this role, you will prepare and serve fresh, high-quality breakfast items for stadium staff, players, media personnel, and early-arriving event guests.
Working in a fast-paced stadium environment, you will play an important role in helping power the team behind the scenes.
Prepare and cook breakfast menu items including eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, pancakes, and breakfast burritos.
Set up and maintain breakfast service stations before kitchen service begins.
Ensure food is prepared consistently and according to quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized cooking area, including grills, prep stations, and kitchen equipment.
Monitor food inventory during service and assist with restocking ingredients as needed.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in accordance with Manitoba health regulations.
Work collaboratively with the stadium culinary team to ensure efficient service on busy game days and event mornings.

Previous experience as a cook or breakfast cook preferred (restaurant, hotel, catering, or stadium environment).
Ability to work early morning shifts , including weekends, game days, and special events.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
Strong attention to food quality and presentation.
Food Handler Certification (or willing to acquire)
Comfortable working in a busy stadium kitchen environment.
