Sales Project Lead - H/F

We are looking for a motivated and technically-minded Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the crucial link between complex mechanical design and successful project execution. As a technical specialist, you will support the lifecycle of a project by assisting with the design, sizing, and estimation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for diverse commercial and industrial builds. Meeting with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements, providing technical expertise, and building relationships.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and provide technical insights.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of company offerings, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Create compelling presentations, solution designs, and technical documentation.

Technical Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by providing detailed specifications, submittals, and technical documentation.

Estimating & Proposal Development: Calculating costs, preparing bids, and shaping commercial proposals for complex HVAC systems.

Designing for specialized, high-stakes environments like data centers, hospitals, and schools.

Generally requires 3+ years of experience in HVAC design, engineering, or technical sales.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of HVAC design principles, energy modeling, and equipment capabilities.

Relevant mechanical engineering background is highly valued, with preference often given to professional accreditation (e.g., Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to manage client relationships, and proficiency in creating technical proposals.
