Extrusion Production Machine Operator

Permanent, full-time local work in Edmonton.

Quality Assurance: perform Thermoform testing to meet standard quality requirements.

Technical Tasks: Calibrate and program blenders according to production orders and set deckles, side plates, and beads across the web.

Leadership & Safety: Lead teams during safe tool changes, delegate duties to Quality Control Technicians, and ensure all safety protocols and SOPs are strictly followed.

Maintenance & Logistics: Use overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials and maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S housekeeping principles.

Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mathematical and mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.

Experience: Previous experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, or extrusion machinery is highly preferred.

Business maturity, integrity, energy, and a desire to continuously improve.
