Receptionist (Maternity Cover) Location Maple Ridge, BC : Are you looking to join a growing small business?Cold Pro Refrigeration and HVAC Inc is a rapidly growing HVAC and plumbing company. As a fast-growing company we are looking for an experienced individual to join our administrative team! The role:
First point of contact for clients and visitors
Answer and manage incoming calls, redirect them as needed
Assist with our dispatch system using Service Fusion
Retrieve, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Manage office supplies
Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Support Administrative Director and Assistant Director
Other duties and projects, as required
What you bring:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong data entry skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Experience in an administrative role or customer service-oriented position is preferred
Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing industry is an asset
