You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across search, paid social, programmatic, and video performance advertisements to drive traffic and boost sales.

You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team and other departments to ensure aligned and effective performance marketing strategies.

Lead category marketing lifecycle through planning, budgeting, and execution, completing ongoing performance analysis and implementation of learnings to drive success.

• Propose solutions and make optimization decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance marketing efforts.
• Use data to drive decisions and report on performance impact to total organizational results.
• Communicate performance updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing within an agency or retailer.
• Expertise in optimizing paid media campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and video.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other performance marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with product feeds and dynamic product ads/media implementation.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
