Job Description

Be part of what makes us different.
You’ll be responsible for producing time sensitive print and digital design materials, including: advertisements, Tier 2 store signage, and other promotional assets. This role supports the Marketing team by upholding brand standards and ensuring all materials are delivered accurately and on schedule. A strong service mindset and collaborative approach are essential in supporting employees, customers, and partners. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:
Produce approved store signage, product tags, and other marketing materials for distribution across all store locations.
Create digital assets, including social media advertisements and simple GIF animations.
Adapt and revise approved designs to meet various formats, applications, and size specifications.
Maintain organized electronic and physical files, including: brand standards, templates, and design assets.
Collaborate with various Marketing teams to support a variety of design initiatives.
Assist senior Graphic Designers with brainstorming, concept development, and presentations.
Contribute to overall team success by taking on additional related responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field, plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience in a design environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Asana is considered an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong proofreading and follow-up practices.
A flexible, supportive team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Retail industry experience is considered an asset.
Comfortable working in an environment involves extended periods of sitting, repetitive movement or tasks, frequent computer use that may cause eye strain, and working amid open-office noise and interruptions.
Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
