Were hiring a Project Manager to lead client projects with clarity organization and impact. Youll guide timelines budgets and deliverables across a range of initiatives ensuring projects move forward smoothly and outcomes align with client goals. Manage a portfolio of client projects across sectors ensuring delivery on time on budget and to quality standards
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients building strong trusted relationships
Oversee project finances and support responsibilities within the PQMS framework
Develop project plans timelines and scopes of work in collaboration with Project Directors and VPs
Track project budgets resources and reporting requirements
Support proposal development scoping and business development activities as needed
Anticipate challenges resolve roadblocks and keep projects on track
Coach and support junior staff and contribute to a positive accountable team culture
Proven experience managing projects in consulting agency government or professional services settings
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Skilled in project management tools workflows and best practices
Solid understanding of budgeting forecasting and project reporting
5 years of experience in project management or a related role
- PMP Certificate is an asset
- Strong planning problem-solving and time management skills
- Calm steady presence under deadlines and shifting priorities
