Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping products and an eagerness to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, managing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting vaping products that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about various vape devices and e-liquids.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves as necessary.
Address customer inquiries with professionalism and provide knowledgeable responses.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale of vaping products.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Strong cash handling experience with basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Proficient in using POS systems for efficient sales operations.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos to inform customers about product features.
Strong organizational skills to keep the store well-maintained and stocked.
Previous cashiering experience is preferred but not mandatory.
