Part-time Sales Associate - Weekdays and Weekends

You'll spend the summer in the heart of Vancouver's 4th Ave shopping district in Vancouver's newest Fluevog location. It is a beautiful, welcoming space where individuality thrives and diverse personalities take centre stage!
This role blends style, sales, and standout customer service into a career that’s as unique and exciting as the shoes you’ll help bring to life.
The role of a Fluevogologist is to support the Store Manager, to be an amazing human being, and to champion the store and company’s values and goals in connecting our customers with the shoes of their dreams.
This is a temporary summer part-time position with a minimum availability of 2–3 shifts per week . Additional shifts may be offered based on business needs, staffing requirements, and employee performance. Flexibility to work extra shifts when available is an asset. Candidates must include availability for at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
"Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases and go above and beyond to help find solutions to any and every issue a customer may have.
Community: Connect our customers to the greater Flumumunity by assisting with engagement efforts such as in-shop events.
Sales: Focus on driving personal sales as well as working with the team towards group sales goals.
Payment Processing: Collect customer payments and personal information at the POS. Participate in the web order process, including offering accurate sizing advice where needed and processing and packaging all web orders accurately.
Able to work weekends and at minimum one weekday per week (varying 24 to 40 hours per week)
Summer availability
Computer and technology skills (Gmail, iOS, retail POS software)
Ability to provide a solid high-five
A fearless sense of personal style
Physically able to perform all in-store tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds, kneeling and crawling around the floor (funny, but true!), Competitive retail salaries
