Job Responsibility:
The Mission Leisure Centre is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills to work part-time as a Registration Clerk Receptionist. Employees in this position perform a variety of customer service and support functions at the Leisure Centre including switchboard, reception, processing of payments, registrations, facility bookings and admissions.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have completed high school (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar customer service environment. You will possess skills in a variety of related computer applications including data entry and keyboarding. You must have the ability to remain calm, courteous and tactful in demanding situations.
Additional Information
The 2024 rate for this CUPE position is $30.14 per hour plus 12.4% in lieu of all benefits increasing to 16.4% upon completion of the 6-month probationary period. Employees in this position must be available for various shifts between the hours of 5:00 am and 9:00 pm including evenings, weekends and some statutory holidays.
