Dental Clinic Manager – Full-Time | Hamilton, Ontario

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Clinic Manager to lead operations at our busy, modern dental practice in Hamilton, ON. We are a well-established, full-service family dental clinic offering preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care using advanced technology. With 11 operatories and a large, skilled clinical team, we are committed to delivering exceptional service with a warm, patient-centered approach.
Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing dental team
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management
Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs
Maintain compliance with clinic policies, health & safety standards, and quality of care expectations
3–5+ years of dental management experience required
- Solid understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care standards
