We are opening an exquisite fine dining restaurant at Grant Hall Hotel, offering an elegant fusion of French and Japanese cuisine. We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented servers who love fine dining and are eager to grow in their craft. This role is more than just serving food. Present dishes and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
Work closely with the management and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Continuously learn and develop skills in wine, beverage, and menu knowledge.
Operate POS systems (Toast or similar) efficiently for accurate order taking and billing.
Prior experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurants is preferred but not mandatory.
We want servers who are not just looking for a job, but a career in fine dining.
