The Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Fullscript will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. This senior role will take ownership of the overall digital paid strategy across programmatic, Display Advertising, Paid Search, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). You will oversee the full lifecycle of digital programs—from planning to performance analysis—working alongside a small team and external agency toward Fullscript’s growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven and strategic marketing leader who can balance hands-on campaign management with long-term strategic vision. You will shape Fullscript’s paid digital approach, mentor a growing team, and continuously evolve how Fullscript connects with healthcare providers online.

Paid Digital Strategy: Includes Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic. Strategically drive planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms, focusing on customer acquisition. While hands-on execution is managed by our agency, this role will be expected to optimize, and troubleshoot digital campaigns across the marketing funnel. Leverage market-leading DSPs, Meta, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads to achieve Fullscript’s growth goals

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large data sets to pull meaningful insights related to campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and data, while also managing external partners. Collaborate on strategy and planning for campaigns as part of Fullscript’s broader marketing mix

Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of Fullscript’s paid digital capabilities. Identify and implement process improvements to automate and streamline workflow to ensure efficient high-quality campaign delivery

Budget Management: Oversee paid digital budget management, including spend delivery, invoicing, investment, and margin tracking. Help drive profitability within the department while ensuring campaign efficiency and performance

Solid experience in paid digital campaign management, with hands-on experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DSPs, and other ad-serving platforms

Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, focused on the US and Canadian Healthcare market, with an emphasis on SEM, programmatic display, and their roles in customer engagement

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides to analyze campaign performance and present insights clearly

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights

Experience managing commercial aspects of digital campaigns, including budgeting, invoicing, and margin management

Bonus Points

Experience and frameworks to apply with A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve results

Familiarity with performance tracking tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to evaluate paid digital program performance

Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for a multi-product platform serving both SMB and Enterprise customers

The salary range for this role is between $110,000 and $135,000 CAD. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions.
