Lube Technician

Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–12:00am

Compensation: $26.80 per hour + $3.00 afternoon shift premium

The Lube Technician is primarily responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, focusing on lubrication and fluid services. This includes shop maintenance, cleanliness and any other minor repairs.

In the position of Lube Technician, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Service of all Company vehicles, such as chassis lubrication, oil changes and cleaning of trucks and any other MWS equipment, as needed.

Conduct vehicle maintenance according to established MWS policies and procedures.

Maintain all required records and files for vehicle maintenance.

Will also be required to clean the shop, paint rims, and generally maintain the appearance of the equipment.

Assist technicians with basic repairs and other maintenance of trucks and equipment.

Draining old oil, replacing filters and refilling with correct amount of new oil.

Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role is considered an asset.

You must be available to work late when trucks are behind schedule, as well you may be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
