Banff Store crew as a full-time Key Holder. You’ll set the tone on shift, coach team members, and ensure every customer leaves with a standout Herschel experience. Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in-store, while helping the team succeed together. At Herschel, every day brings something new - and as a Key Holder, you’re right at the center of it all. You’ll balance customer experience, sales, and team leadership, making sure the store runs smoothly and the energy stays high.
Jump in to serve customers with authentic energy and strong product knowledge
Coach and support Sales Associates, giving feedback and encouragement throughout the shift
Be the go-to support for customer concerns, turning challenges into positive outcomes
Stay connected to new product launches, brand initiatives, and store events - and help bring them to life with your team
Previous retail experience (Key Holder or established Sales Associate level preferred)
Friendly, authentic, and confident in creating next-level customer experiences
Strong communication skills - you can coach teammates as easily as you can connect with customers
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events
Visual merchandising or inventory experience is a strong asset
Full time Key Holders are expected to work 25-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Availability on at least one full weekend day is required. Part time is 24 hours or less.
19.50 - $20.75 per hour depending on experience
