Myant is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing high-performance mobile applications using Flutter, with a specific focus on using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to support real-time data streaming. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for driving excellence in software development.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers specializing in Flutter, and BLE technologies.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth and development
Technical Oversight:
Guide the team in designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for mobile applications.
Evaluate and design software architecture solutions for mobile applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in React Native, Flutter, and BLE technologies and integrate best practices into development processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX/UI design, to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
Project Management:
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development and delivery.
Implement and maintain agile development practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Drive technical innovation by exploring new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can enhance development efficiency and application performance.
Contribute to the strategic planning of technology roadmaps and long-term goals for mobile application development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on React Native and Flutter.
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a software engineering team.

Technical Skills
Expertise in Flutter frameworks, including state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Dart, Kotlin, Swift, C/C++, and Python.
Familiarity with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
