Compensation: $70-90k per annum + commission

Job Responsibilities
Manage, support and build relationships with existing customers as well as develop new customers
Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers by converting them away from competitor products.
Defining, building, implementing and monitoring Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities
Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with our suppliers to execute the plans
Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels
Qualifications
College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Roofing Sales experience
Valid driver’s license
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
Authorized to work in Canada
Ability to travel
