Product Manager, Business Development

Untether AI is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Manager of Products to lead our product efforts.

You have experience with start-ups, and with AI semiconductor offerings. You are likely currently a Manager of Products in an AI semiconductor company
Your approach ensures that all product development stages are aligned with market needs and company objectives
You are adept at supporting sales teams, providing expert knowledge on products, and assisting in pre-sales opportunities with potential customers. Your role as a subject matter expert is critical in bridging the gap between product development and sales
You will be responsible for all aspects of product management including product strategy, planning and definition, rollout (including evangelization), marketing (including technical marketing), and ecosystem business development
You will stay on top of developing trends in machine learning / deep learning, including upcoming models, competitive analysis, customer usage models, etc.
Lead the process of gathering and tracking product requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring that these are accurately reflected in product development
Develop and maintain key product documents, including Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), to align technical capabilities with market demands and customer needs
Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development, aligning technical specifications with market requirements
Act as a subject matter expert to the sales team, providing necessary technical and market insights for effective sales pitches
Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to ensure the sales team is well-versed in the features, advantages, and benefits of the products
Assist in customer pre-sales opportunities by offering expert advice, product demonstrations, and tailored presentations that align with customer needs and use cases
This is a leadership role for a seasoned Products leader - minimum 5 years of marketing experience in roles of increasing complexity, and at least 3 years' experience as a senior leader in neural network product development is mandatory. Product management capabilities must include (and not limited to the items listed): Product Strategy, Planning and Definition
Provide a technical and business justification for creating products
Create and conduct product training to sellers and customers
Conduct competitive analysis and create unique positioning for Untether AI products
Strong business skills applied to product forecast, margins, and other analysis
Create data sheets, white papers, and technical briefs outlining Untether AI's products and competitive advantage
Business Development
Engage in early customer conversations to help position Untether AI products
Manage prioritization of customer engagements
Identify market maker customers in each of the categories where Untether AI products can have an impactful presence

Building trust with executive team on product roadmaps and schedules
Synthesizing a wide variety of product requirements and technical priorities aligning with the strategic plan of the business
Minimize business and technical risk by foreseeing and addressing obstacles proactively and aggressively
Delivery of end to end solutions to customers with rigorous standards for quality
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is mandatory (MS or MBA preferred)
