Building Maintenance Worker (Full Time)

***This position is for a Building Operator in Ottawa***

You are a phenomenal teammate who thrives on delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations including water treatment testing HVAC system supervision equipment logs lighting plumbing and building automation systems. You will also have the opportunity to work on capital improvement projects and continue learning and growing in a collaborative environment.

You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.
Support daily operation and monitoring of base building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing life-safety and BAS.
Conduct routine building inspections and report deficiencies in accordance with the Operations Managers requirements.
Respond to tenant service requests and work orders with a strong focus on professionalism and User Experience.
Maintain accurate operational logs checklists and documentation as required by Operations Manager and site procedures.
Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with corrective maintenance activities.
Adhere to all health safety environmental and security protocols.
Coordinate and escort contractors through secure areas as needed.

Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Successful completion of the Building Environment Systems Operator Class 1&2 or equivalent
Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours.

Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
