Production CNC Operator
is2 Workforce Solutions
You will be using a variety of Machines including a custom CNC Jamb machine,Shapers, Half lap and Arch forms will be required. Shift Times: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday to Friday
Position and secure working pieces on machine, measuring instruments and other tools to operate machine efficiently and safely to perform molding operations from start to finish.
Maintain downtime records and production information as appropriate.
Perform quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring manufacturing specifications are achieved.
Communicate professionally and effectively to support product flow through plant.
Inspect product for defects and work closely with co-workers and quality team members to identify root-causes and corrective actions to maintain Masonite quality standards.
Operate planers and gang rip saws.
Run a 3 Axis Cnc Machine with vacuum lifts
Fabricate parts and assemble high quality, premium, wooden stile and rail doors
Preferably three + years’ experience in manufacturing setting
Technical diploma considered an asset
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine programming parameters.
Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions from both written and verbal sources and basic writing skills.
Excellent attendance record and commitment to your team members, self-motivation, and accountability to safety & quality.
Knowledge of architectural specifications and wood products.
Knowledge of door construction, stile and rail, frames, and specialty flush door.
