Westgate Honda is looking for a Part Time/Casual Receptionist (Days, Evenings and Saturdays)

Westgate Honda is seeking a reliable part-time receptionist to join our team.

Our Receptionist will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; and answer the multi-line phone system, directing calls to the correct department.

As the public-facing representative of the dealership, you must be professional and friendly at all times. You will be the customer's first impression of our Dealership. You are good with names and can introduce the customer to a Specialist. You are familiar with our services and able to convey a detailed response to our customer's needs. You will be responsible to manage the traffic in the showroom and make sure every customer is attended to.

The Receptionist is responsible for assisting the sales/service teams with administrative duties. Greeting customers at our premises, over the phone in a prompt and professional manner, transferring them to the correct department.

Answering phones and checking voicemail in a timely manner.

Ensuring the front desk is kept clean and organized.

Writing receipts for sales transactions when necessary.

Sorting and filing photocopies of ownerships and license sheets.

Ensuring the customer waiting area is clean and organized, and coffee machine is kept clean and stocked with supplies.

Following reception - closing tasks.

1-2 years of experience in receptionist role considered an asset

Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation

Computer skills and understanding of technology

No walk-ins or phone calls please.
