Base salary range for Sales Coordinator - Project Managementbetween $55k - $67k CAD annually
At Cascades you can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise as a Sales Coordinator with our packaging sales team.
*Lead the execution of the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process from RFP to customer onboarding
Ensure quality and accuracy of customer data shared across departments
Drive customer onboarding and product qualification processes
Escalate issues that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery timelines
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization
Provide training and support on LTO tools and processes
Act as a project manager for one-off sales initiatives requiring structured coordination
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field preferred
Experience in leading major projects with at least two years of experience in sales or customer service. Excellent computer skills to include MS365 PowerBI reporting CRM and SAP
Fluent in English. Proficiency in French is considered an asset
Passion for teamwork and building strong internal relationships
Analytical thinker with advanced Excel proficiency
Experience or training in project management is an asset
