Veuillez noter que les candidats retenus pour ce poste pourront être attendus de déménager au Canada afin de suivre leur formation. En tant que gestionnaire en formation, vous suivrez un programme en quatre phases afin d'apprendre tous les aspects du fonctionnement de notre entreprise, de l'expédition et la réception des marchandises à la gestion des opérations en passant par le développement des employés, et bien plus encore. Vous apprendrez à connaître nos clients en développant votre propre territoire de vente et en offrant un service à la clientèle de classe mondiale. Vous bénéficierez des conseils, du mentorat et du soutien des gestionnaires et des collègues de votre région et de tout le Canada afin de bâtir une carrière fructueuse en gestion chez EMCO.
Vous participerez également au service à la clientèle, à la vente au comptoir, à la gestion des commandes, au contrôle des stocks et des prix, à la gestion du crédit, aux états financiers, et plus encore.
Phase 2 : Relations clients et approvisionnement (12 mois) – Passez de l'assistance aux clients à la gestion de projets à grande échelle et à la résolution de problèmes. Tout en établissant des relations avec les clients et les fournisseurs et en fournissant un service de classe mondiale, apprenez à lire des plans afin d'établir un devis des matériaux dont le client aura besoin pour mener à bien son projet.
Phase 3 : Gestion des comptes et ventes proactives (15-18 mois) – En mettant l'accent sur le développement commercial, vous apprendrez à trouver de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, à vendre nos produits, à négocier des contrats permettant d'élargir la clientèle de l'entreprise et à créer des partenariats clients de niveau 5.
Phase 4 : Leadership et opérations (3 mois) – C'est maintenant à vous de fournir une vision stratégique, de diriger votre propre équipe, d'encadrer les autres et de gérer l'entreprise en vous concentrant sur le développement des compétences en leadership, en soutenant l'équipe par le biais du coaching et du mentorat, et en définissant une vision et une stratégie.
Une fois que vous aurez terminé les phases de formation, vous serez prêt à relever le défi de devenir manager dans l'un de nos centres de profit canadiens.

We are currently seeking new or recent graduates to join our Management Development Program. This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to earn profit sharing.
Please note that successful candidates to this position may be required to relocate within Canada to complete their training. Relocation assistance will be provided. As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of how our business operates – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development and more. You will get to know our customers by growing a sales territory of your own and providing world class customer service. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support from current managers and teammates within a region and across Canada to build a successful management career at EMCO.
Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer service (12 months)– Build your product knowledge and gain hands on experience with the logistical side of the business and learn how our products get from the vendor to the customer. You will also get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.
Phase 2: Customer relationships and Procurement (12 months)– Go from helping customers with various customer service issues to managing large-scale projects and problem solving. While building relationships with customers and vendors, and providing world class service, learn how to read blueprint drawings to create a quote of materials the customer will require to complete their project.
Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (15 to 18 months)– With a focus on business development, you will learn how to find new business opportunities, how to sell our products, negotiate contracts resulting in expanding the customer base of the business, and creating level 5 customer partnerships.
Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (3 months)– It is now your turn to provide a strategic vision, lead a team of your own, mentor others, and run the business by focusing on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.
Once you have completed the phases of training, you will be ready to take on the challenge of being a manager at one of our Canadian Profit Center locations.
