Permanent Part-Time Cleaner

Job Opportunity: Part‑Time Residential Cleaner (Whitehorse, Yukon)

VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND RELIABLE VEHICLE ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION, AS DRIVING BETWEEN CLIENT LOCATIONS IS PART OF THE JOB

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented cleaner to join our small, supportive team. This role starts with hands‑on training and grows with you as you build confidence, skill, and independence. &##All rates are performance‑based and include a 3‑month probationary period.

Tier 1 : $19/hour – Trainee

• Hours vary depending on training needs and available jobs

(typically, 4–6 hours per shift; Tier 2 : $21/hour – Standard Cleaner

• Achieved once you consistently meet our cleaning standards
• Hours vary depending on training needs and available jobs

(typically, 4–6 hours per shift; Tier 3: $23/hour – Independent Cleaner

• Guaranteed minimum of 6 hours per shift (driving time not included)
• May be required to bring and park her privately owned vehicle at the final job location to ensure transportation home and to complete the remainder of the shift if the Employer leaves early

Tier 4: $25–$27/hour – Solo Driver (independent cleaner)

• Tier 5: $28–$30/hour – Extreme / Deep Cleaning

Deep grout cleaning, baseboards, or detailed finishing work

• Mileage is reimbursed for work‑related travel between client locations
• Open to taking on deep cleaning jobs on other days when needed

Open to the possibility of adding another workday as the business grows (if interested)

• Willingness to learn and follow cleaning standards
• Ability to work independently after training
• Physical ability to handle heavier cleaning tasks (for deep‑cleaning tier)
• Previous cleaning experience is an asset — not required, but definitely helpful

Applicants must be Permanent Residents of Canada and currently living in Whitehorse, Yukon.
