Trevor Frances Recruitment is proud to partner with a fast-growing legal technology start-up that is reimagining how real estate law is delivered in Alberta. This is not a traditional law firm role—and that’s exactly the point.
Our client is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, licensed to practice in Alberta, who wants more than files and billable hours. This is a rare opportunity to help design the future of real estate legal services, shape scalable processes, and play a hands-on role in onboarding and supporting a growing network of lawyers.
Work alongside experienced law clerks who support execution, allowing you to focus on legal judgment and strategy
Have a real voice in how the legal product evolves as the company scales
Handling real estate transactions with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency
Helping design, refine, and improve legal workflows and processes
Supporting the onboarding and integration of a network of real estate lawyers
Collaborating closely with law clerks, operations, and product teams
Acting as a legal and practical sounding board as the platform grows
Licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- 3+ years of hands-on real estate law experience
- Someone energized by building, not just maintaining
Is curious about legal tech and alternative legal service models
