310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician – $5,000 Recruitment & Retention Bonus

Are you willing to relocate to Thunder Bay, ON , to join us as a 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician? Join our store where you’ll work in a dealership-level shop servicing all vehicle brands, performing everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics, with proficiency in Diesel systems, electrical systems, transmissions, engine repairs/replacements, and advanced troubleshooting.

This full-service retail shop has established the Light Duty Fleet Centre business and is ideal for motivated professionals eager to work on compact cars, domestic vehicles, and light-duty fleets. Flexible work schedule.

• This position offers starting wages of $37.93 to $45 per hour based on experience and wage progression based on efficiency. 5,000 Recruitment and Retention Bonus (paid according to program terms)

• Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.

Mentor and coach apprentices, sharing your expertise and helping develop their skills in a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Collaborate with a highly skilled team, working on an array of vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.

Assist in identifying potential mechanical opportunities with the Sales team.

Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.

You are certified as an Automotive Service Technician 310s or Licensed Mechanic.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.

Skilled at inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repair on various vehicles.
