Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute M&A transactions from start to finish
- Interface with clients and legal counsel to drive closings
- Lead deal teams, mentoring analysts on financial models
- Manage due diligence and coordinate data room activities
- Prepare client and buyer materials under tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience as an analyst or associate in finance
- Strong financial modeling skills, including DCF and LBO
- Proven leadership and analytical aptitude
- FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 preferred
