Video Producer & Editor

This is not a junior role and not a narrow editing position . You will be involved in all aspects of video production, with responsibilities varying by project. You will not always be doing the same task. Flexibility, ownership, and problem-solving are essential. This role touches every part of our full-cycle video production process, from planning to delivery

What You’ll Do
Own pre-production across corporate, commercial, and social media projects
Prep and manage production gear for shoots
Shoot video for corporate, commercial, and social media clients
Edit projects end-to-end, from first cut to final delivery
Communicate directly with clients and manage revisions
Help create internal Vanguard Creative and YouTube content
Your Accomplishments and Experience Include
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial video production, or a mix of education and experience
Minimum 3 years of experience editing video, or a mix of education and experience
Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, or willing to learn from another program
Comfortable operating Sony cameras
Solid understanding of basic lighting techniques
Solid understanding of basic interview audio recording
