We are seeking an accomplished Senior SaaS Platform Architect to shape the future of our cloud-based platform. You will play a pivotal role in designing and guiding the development of scalable, resilient, and secure software systems that power our AI-driven translation solutions. As a senior architect, you will work closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that technical decisions align with the company’s strategic vision and deliver lasting value.
This role requires a rare mix of deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to influence and mentor teams across the organization.
Architect Scalable Platforms – Design and evolve SaaS and cloud solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Advance the Architecture Roadmap – Partner with engineering, GenAI, and DevOps teams to define and evolve the long-term technical architecture of Alexa Translations’ SaaS offerings.
Documentation & Standards – Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, integration diagrams, and technical guidelines; Technical Leadership – Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams, raising code quality, design maturity, and product performance.
Full Lifecycle Architecture – Design solutions for new features while ensuring maintainability of existing code bases, with a focus on best practices and long-term sustainability.
Agile Collaboration – Work closely with Scrum teams and product owners to translate architectural direction into actionable development plans.
Cross-Functional Communication – Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating architectural decisions in clear, business-relevant terms.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science (or related field).

• 10+ years of software development experience building web-based products at scale.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, AI Model Infra and deployment, ideally on AWS .
• Strong expertise in the Python and front-end frameworks such as React .
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across regions.

Experience in the translation, localization, or language technology industry .
Prompt tuning, RAG frameworks , Embedding models, LLM APIs, Vector database
Familiarity with compliance and security requirements in legal/financial SaaS environments.
