Machine Operator (Talent Pool) Milton, ON

Location: Milton, ON (Local, accessible sites).
Schedule: Stable Monday to Friday shifts/ continentals as well

Weekly pay: Referral bonuses: Safely operate fabrication and production machinery, including shearing, punching, and bending equipment.
Conduct daily pre-start safety inspections and verify all machine guards and interlocks.
Interpret production blueprints and digital sketches using manufacturing software.
Configure machine sequences and material feeds to manage efficient production flow.
Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace and assist with various production tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
1+ years of experience operating production, fabrication, or batch-making machinery.
Local residency within 50 km of Milton, ON.
Ability to read and interpret basic manufacturing blueprints and layouts.
Proficiency with computer applications and MS Office.
