CNC Machinist - Full Time Morning Shift

An advanced manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support the machining of high-precision components for the automotive and HVAC industry. This role is ideal for a machinist who thrives on complex, non-repetitive work and enjoys collaborating with Engineering and Maintenance to improve processes, accuracy, and equipment performance.

You’ll work with modern CNC equipment, tight tolerances, and engineered drawings to produce critical components that directly impact production efficiency and quality.

Shift - Straight Day Shifts

Stable, full-time long-term opportunity in a high-quality manufacturing environment

Set up, program (at the machine and/or offline), and operate CNC mills and lathes for precision components and tooling

Interpret detailed blueprints, GD&T, and 3D models

Troubleshoot machining issues related to quality, tooling, or process stability

Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing optimization

3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong experience with CNC milling and/or turning (setup to completion)

Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and tolerances

Working knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas, or similar

Solid understanding of tooling, materials, and machining best practices
