As a Client Service Coordinator , you will be the vital link between patients, families, and healthcare providers—coordinating client services, managing schedules, and ensuring exceptional care delivery, all while showcasing your superior customer service skills and passion for making a difference.

Review : Collaborate with Supervisors, field employees and patients to assess service needs
Coordinate : Ensure consistent caregiver assignments and service delivery
Completion of a related certificate/diploma such as Medical Terminology or Office Administration is preferred

A minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
Proven customer service skills, preferably in healthcare or other high-paced customer service environment
Strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, in English
Proficient computer skills (Windows, Microsoft office, internet, EMR)
Positive work and attendance performance essential
Advanced competency in keyboarding and scheduling software with a willingness to learn
Practical experience with mental health and addictions care.
Additional training and certification in mental health and addictions and other specialty training would be an asset to this role.

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
