Director of Finance & Operations | Full-Time

We are seeking a high-impact Manager of Financial Operations to lead a transactional finance team through a period of growth and cultural evolution. we are looking for a transformative leader to oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions while instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensation: $100,000 to $115,000 base salary plus a 15% annual performance bonus.

Full time, Hybrid

Directly lead, mentor, and develop the team, building a cohesive department focused on high performance and professional growth.

Process Transformation: Audit existing transactional workflows to identify "operational drag" and implement lean methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Manage the full P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles across multiple sites, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a key partner to senior leadership, providing insights into cash flow, aging, and vendor relations.

Continuous Improvement: Leadership Pedigree: Proven experience managing a team within a fast-paced finance environment.

Background in Retail or Multi-site operations is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
