We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to create an exceptional experience for Company Drivers, Owner Operators, Owner Operator Drivers, Rehires, and Transfers in our Atlantic region. Send new hire packets, coordinate testing, and keep everything on track.
Track progress and manage onboarding status in the ATS.
Experience That Shines – 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin (bonus if you’ve worked in transportation/logistics!).
Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable managing ATS workflows and juggling multiple priorities.
Language Skills – Bilingual in English/French is a plus
