Service Truck Operator
City Wide Towing
City Wide Towing has an opening available for a full time Medium Duty Wrecker Operator at our Red Deer office. This position requires a commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and the ability to operate various towing equipment effectively. Join us in our mission to provide top-notch service in the heart of Alberta.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients during their time of need.
Perform routine maintenance checks on towing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on the job site.
Assist with minor automotive repairs when necessary.
Minimum Class 5 Driver’s License
Commercial driving experience
Mechanical aptitude
Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in the automotive or towing industry.
Recent clear criminal record check (employer-paid)
Must pass drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work test
Air brakes certification is an asset (Q Endorsement)
Previous towing experience is an asset
Rotating shifts which include days, nights, evenings, weekends and holidays
Work primarily outdoors in all weather
Travel may include local, provincial, and inter-provincial routes
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the office
