We are looking for a Service Lot Attendant who will play a vital role in the success of our service department. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll ensure that their vehicles are handled with care and precision. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and eager to grow within the automotive industry.
Vehicle Management: Move and park customer vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that the lot is always organized and accessible.
Drive vehicles to and from the service bays, car wash, or detailing areas, and ensure vehicles are ready for customer pickup after service is completed.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any initial questions or directing them to the appropriate service advisor.
Maintain a well-organized lot by keeping vehicles neatly arranged, ensuring the service area is clean, clear, and safe for customers and staff.
Vehicle Inspection: Perform quick visual inspections for obvious issues (such as flat tires or visible damage) and report them to service advisors or technicians.
Detailing Assistance: Wash and vacuum customer vehicles after service if needed, ensuring every vehicle leaves the lot in excellent condition.

Professionalism: Present a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully, particularly when handling vehicles or performing inspections.
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
