Security Design Specialist

The Security Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Security and Site Facility
Supervisor in developing and implementing security protocols to protect the constructionsite personnel and equipment. This role involves responding to security incidents andmaintaining site facilities.
Assist in developing and implementing security protocols to protect the constructionsite personnel and equipment from theft vandalism and other security threats.
Respond promptly to security incidents conduct investigations and report findings tothe Security and Site Facility Supervisor.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of site facilities including offices restroomsand common areas.
Ensure all site facilities comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents maintenance activities and facilityinspections.
Maintain effective communication with managers and team members to ensuresmooth workflow and project progress.
Oversee a subcontractor team ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and standards.
May require working extended hours including weekends and holidays to meet
project deadlines.

Preferred Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Security Management or arelated field. 3-5 years of proven experience in security management or facilities maintenance inlarge and complex construction project/ industrial project/ logistic project.

• Knowledge of security protocols systems and best practices.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
