Deine Mission:
Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Social-Media-Strategie, die nicht nur Follower generiert, sondern verkauft.
Planung, Produktion und Performance-Optimierung von Content für Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Co. – inklusive Storytelling, Creatives und viraler Mechanismen.
Aufbau und Pflege einer engagierten Community, die unsere Marke feiert.
Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern und Creators, um Brand Trust und Reichweite zu maximieren.
Kontinuierliche Performance-Analyse und Ableitung datengetriebener Optimierungen.
Trends erkennen, bevor sie Mainstream werden, und sie für uns nutzen.
Das bringst du mit:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media Marketing – idealerweise im E-Commerce oder bei einer erfolgreichen Marke.
Tiefgehendes Verständnis für Paid Social, Retargeting, Lookalike Audiences & datengetriebene Skalierung.
Kreativität + analytisches Denken – du kannst nicht nur geile Inhalte erstellen, sondern auch deren Performance messen und optimieren.
Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise – du brauchst keine Mikromanagement, sondern lieferst Ergebnisse.
Know-how in Video-Content-Produktion (Short-Form, UGC, Reels, TikToks) ist ein großes Plus.
Hands-on Mentalität: Du bist nicht nur Stratege, sondern packst auch operativ an.
Erfahrung mit Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Influencer-Relations & Community-Building.
