Office management: Manage office supplies, pantry restocking, and grocery orders. Oversee office policies including office access, security, internet connectivity, IT inventory and any other activities required to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Vendor & Contract Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all service providers.

Partner with leadership to execute high-impact culture initiatives, including quarterly socials, All-Hands meetings, and team-building offsites.

Manage the physical and digital logistics of the employee lifecycle, ensuring new hires have a seamless "Day 1" and offboarding is handled professionally.

Assist leadership with ad-hoc administrative and operational projects that require a high level of discretion and organization.

Lab Management & Quality

Manage the day-to-day flow of the lab to ensure our team has what they need to work without interruption.

Schedule calibrations, manage repairs, and maintain service records for all scientific instrumentation.

Safety & EH&S: Lead our Environmental Health and Safety efforts. Ensure compliance with local regulations, manage hazardous waste disposal, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

QMS : Support our QMS (Quality Management System) process.

Experience: 3–5+ years in Operations Management, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment.

Direct experience managing a laboratory environment or working closely with R&D teams is highly preferred.

ability to translate technical needs into business operational requirements.

A degree in Business, Operations, or a related technical field is a plus.
