Full-Time WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Our client in Brantford is searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in a full-time permanent role!
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for planning the warehouse layout to optimize space and prevent losses and damage. You will also be responsible for all daily operations in the warehouse including supervision of warehouse associates, drivers and delivery routes.

High school diploma or college diploma in a related field
Three (3) years of experience in a Supervisory role , Five (5) years of experience in Warehouse setting
Tactical, hands‑on, warehouse‑focused leader
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
Forklift Certification
Knowledge of local geographic areas
Valid Criminal Record Check

Manage day‑to‑day warehouse floor operations and workflow
Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates and drivers
Maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage
Provide feedback to the Operations Manager for the use of performance metrics including developing performance metrics and targets aligned with company goals
Ensure accurate and timely submission of bi-weekly timesheets
Optimize warehouse layout and space to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe work environment, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all employees
Address customer inquiries and concerns
Plan delivery routes to meet customer timelines and expectations
Efficient use of fleet tracking software
